Terms of Service

By accessing or using ArchReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArchReady.

ArchReady is an interview-preparation platform offering structured exam drills, an architecture concept library, scenario-based practice, AI-powered explanations, and progress tracking — designed to help software engineers prepare for system-design and architecture interviews.

Content is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional engineering advice, and ArchReady does not guarantee specific interview outcomes.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@archready.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create more than one account or share your account credentials with others.

ArchReady offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe (global) or eSewa (Nepal). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again and will retain Pro access until that date.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, or distribute ArchReady content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription gating.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that violates any law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

All content on ArchReady — including exam questions, explanations, library articles, and scenario descriptions — is owned by ArchReady or its licensors and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for individual interview preparation only.

User-generated content (if any) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any specific exam content will match questions asked in any particular interview.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchReady's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall ArchReady be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately; your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
